Scott Disick thanks ex Kourtney Kardashian for being 'the best baby maker in town'

Scott Disick and ex girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian welcomed three children during the span of their decade-long relationship.

And in wake of their sons Mason and Reign's birthday on Monday, the Talentless founder, 37, felt compelled to thank the KUWTK star, 41, for building a family with him.

'Thank you @kourtneykardash for being the best baby maker in town,' began Disick, who shared the heartfelt message to Instagram. 

'I couldn't have asked for a better person in the world to have these amazing children with, I love u and our family more [than] anything in the world.'

Along with his loving text, Scott included a sweet snapshot of himself and Kourtney posing on a staircase with their youngest children, son Reign and daughter Penelope.

Reign resided in Scott's lap, while Kourtney had her arms wrapped around the couple's darling eight-year-old daughter.

Despite splitting in 2015, the former couple have remained close friends, while co-parenting their adorable trio. 

Scott's dedication to his former flame came in wake of Mason and Reign's shared birthday on Monday, December 14, with Mason turning 11 and Reign turning six.
